Introduction
Stainless steel balls are usually produced by forging processes. At this stage, the commonly used stainless steel balls are made of 201, 302, 304, 316, 316L, 420, and 440C.
Definition: Steel that contains more than 12% chromium and is resistant to chemical substances.
Principle: Stainless steel does not rust, but it is not easy to rust.
The principle is that by the addition of chromium elements, a dense chromium oxide layer is formed on the surface of the steel, which can effectively block the re-contact between the steel and the air, so that the oxygen in the air cannot enter the steel, thereby achieve the effect of preventing steel from rusting.
Classification: China National Standards (CNS), Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) use three digits to indicate different stainless steels and are widely cited by industry offices. Among them, 200 series are chromium-nickel-manganese series Austenitic stainless steel, 300 series is chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, 400 series chromium stainless steel (commonly known as stainless iron), including martensite and ferrite.
We mainly export stainless steel ball (201, 304, 316, 420,420C,440C,430). also produce chrome steel ball (AISI52100,100CR6,GCR15), carbon steel ball(1015,1010,1045,1085), and other kinds of material ball.
Our steel balls is used in many industrials, such as precision bearings, automotive components (brakes, steering, line shaft), bicycle, agitators, appliances, sliders, quick couplings, machine tool, lock mechanisms, conveyor belts, skates, pens, pumps, castors, measurement instruments, valves, etc.
