10.318mm(13/32"), Solid stainless steel metal ball for bearing, G100
Introduction
Stainless steel balls are usually produced through a forging process. At present, commonly used stainless steel balls are made of 201, 302, 304, 316, 316L, 420 and 440C.
Definition: Steel with a chromium content of more than 12% and resistance to chemical substances.
Principle: Stainless steel does not rust, but it is not easy to rust.
The principle is that by adding chromium elements, a dense chromium oxide layer is formed on the surface of the steel, which can effectively prevent the re-contact between the steel and the air, so that the oxygen cannot enter the steel. thereby achieve the effect of preventing steel from rusting.
We mainly export stainless steel balls (201, 304, 316, 420, 420C, 440C, 430), and also produce chrome steel balls (AISI52100, 100CR6, GCR15), carbon steel balls (1015, 1010, 1045, 1085) and various other material of steel ball.
Stainless steel ball performance
The hardness of the 440/440C stainless steel ball reaches 56-58 degrees, with magnetism, good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and toughness. It is mainly used in industries that require high precision and rust resistance, such as bearings, stamping/hydraulic parts, valves, motors, high-precision instruments, seals, refrigeration equipment, aerospace high-precision mechanical parts, and petroleum. Specification: Φ1.0—Φ30mm, 440C stainless steel ball.
