Description
By special moulding and sintering technology, Y-TZP consists of yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide. Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (Y-TZP) is the strongest ceramic material we offer. Y-TZP is a purely tetragonal phase, fine grain material. This material offers the highest flexural strength of all Zirconia based materials. It gives significant advantages in the fields of resistance to wear and absence of contamination. It has a pearl-like luster and a smooth working spherical surface, a compact internal structure, an ultra-high specific gravity of 6.0, strong pressure resistance and ultra-high wear resistance, and is in a grinding medium. However, this product has higher requirements for the hardness of the memory material used in the inner cylinder of the grinder.
Zirconia beads have been successfully used in the ultrafine grinding and dispersion of heavy calcium carbonate, inks, coatings, MLCC, ceramic inks and other products at home and abroad.

Characteristics of Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia Beads:
1. High grinding efficiency: The specific gravity of yttrium-stabilized TZP zirconia ceramic beads is 1.6 times that of zirconium silicate beads and 3 times that of glass beads. It has a higher grinding efficiency under the same conditions.
2. Good fluidity: The product has good roundness and smooth surface, and the wear on the equipment is lower than other grinding media.
3. Impact resistance and low abrasion: YZB zirconia ceramic beads have good toughness, and will not crack or peel in high-speed, high-concentration machines. The wear resistance is 50 times that of glass beads and about 5 times that of zirconium silicate beads.
