Description
Chrome (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls,High precision chrome steel balls contain chromium and due to through hardening has an excellent surface quality and high load bearing.
Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control assures tolerance accuracy, fine surface finish and a consistent high quality. are the most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications.
Our company supply chrome steel balls in size range 10 mm – 82.55 mm, precision grade G 10 – G 200. Especially 25.4 mm – 82.55 mm big size high precision chrome steel balls are our principal products. and used mostly for Deep Groove Ball Bearing, Angular Contact Ball Bearings, Thrust Ball Bearings, Wheel Hub Bearings, Linear Bearings,Wind Turbine Bearing and also the Bearing.
Most importantly, we can customize our products to suit various needs of our customers. Based on customer’s requirement, the steel balls could be produced according to China Standard GB/T 308, International Standard ISO 3290, America Standard ANSI/ABMA, Germany Standard DIN , Japan Standard JIS B etc.
