GCr15 steel has a small alloy content and good performance. It is currently the most widely used bearing steel. It will have good performance such as uniform organization and relatively high hardness.high wear resistance and contact fatigue strength, good thermal processing performance after quenching and low temperature tempering. Contains less alloy elements and is relatively cheap.GCr15 bearing steel, containing C0.95-1.05, Mn0.25-0.45, Si0.15-0.35, S≤0.025, P≤0.025, Cr 1.40-1.65, Mo≤0.10, Ni≤0.30, Cu≤0.25, Ni+ Cu≤0.50.
