Chrome (GCr15SiMn,100CrSiMn6-4,SUJ3) steel balls is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good superior performance and excellent wear characteristics,resistance to deformation,high load bearing capacity and high contact fatigue performance after quenching and tempering.
Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Applications that are ideal for chrome balls include tumbling media, spray can agitation, ball bearings,Wind Turbine Bearing, linear motion components. most widely used in various industires.
1.These high precision ball bearings are hot forged from bar stock. Great for applications where there will be extreme rotation.
2.Modern furnaces with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treating to assure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each steel ball.
3.Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-63 HRC range as measured on parallel flat surfaces. The steel balls come lightly lubricated to keep their perfect polish.
4.Bearing balls are used in automotive applications, for semi-precision bearings, and in commercial applications such as casters, locks, and drawer slides.
5.Other applications for steel bearing balls include bicycles, casters, drawer slides, door locks.
