GCr15 steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good performance and most widely used in various industires. It has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance, high load carrying capacity and high contact fatigue performance after quenching and tempering.
Besides the size of 34.925mm(1 3/8"), we make non-standard size, from 34.10mm to 35.10mm, such as grade, precision and surface qualiry are met the customer need.
After precision washing, oiling and before packing sample balls from the batch are sent for final inspect to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness according to strict quality control plan and inspection procedures.
