Brief Introduction
Metal (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls,High precision chrome (high carbon) steel balls contain chromium.They offer superior wear resistance, high hardness and high load bearing capacity as a result of through-hardening.
The finest quality chrome steel produced in accordance with the highest industry standards. These high precision G40 ball bearings are hot forged from bar stock. Modern furnaces with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treating to assure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each Stainless steel ball.
Steel balls are important basic parts, especially precision industrial steel balls play a huge role in the development of the national economy. Under some special conditions, steel balls of special materials are often needed to fulfill the functions required under different environments.
Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Properties
Although these chromium steel balls have good rust resistance, but it is recommended to use a dry cloth to wipe clean after use and apply a layer of oil, so that they have better rust resistance, to extend their service life.
Besides the size of 39.6875mm, we make non-standard size, from 39.588mm to 39.80mm, such as grade and precision are met the requirements.
Service
After precision cleaning, oiling and before packing the sample balls in the batch, a final inspection is required to check the surface roughness, roundness, waviness, batch variation and hardness according to the specified control plan and inspection procedure. Inspection report is prepared for the customer once all the requirements are met.

| Details | Linear Bearing is a linear motion system which is using for the combination of linear travel and cylindrical shaft. As the steel ball directly contacts the bearing, the rolling of steel ball gets lowest friction resistance which can obtain the high sensitivity high accuracy smooth linear motion.
