Introduction
Chromium (Gcr15, 100Cr6, 52100, SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls. The high-precision chromium steel ball contains chromium and has excellent surface quality and high bearing capacity due to being quenched.
Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control can ensure tolerance accuracy, good surface finish and consistent high quality. It is most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and various wind power applications.
This steel has general cold working plasticity, poor welding performance, and high sensitivity to the formation of white spots and temper brittleness.
Chrome steel balls in the 44.35mm to 44.57mm group are widely used in precision ball bearings and many other industrial applications. The chromium steel balls are hardened and have excellent surface quality, high hardness and high load carrying capacity. Chrome steel balls also have long life service and resistance to deformation.
The surface of our chrome steel balls is extremely precise and smooth, ensuring that no defects such as flatness, dents, soft spots and cuts will be found.
We mainly produce chrome steel with sizes ranging from 7.9375mm to 82.55mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn. Our balls are mainly used in the wind energy industry.
