Chromium (Gcr15, 100Cr6, 52100, SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls. The high-precision chromium steel ball contains chromium and has excellent surface quality and high bearing capacity due to being quenched.
GCr15 steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good performance and most widely used in various industires. It has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance, high load carrying capacity and high contact fatigue performance after quenching and tempering.
Besides the size of 34.10mm, we make non-standard size, from 34.10mm to 35.10mm, such as grade, precision and surface qualiry are met the customer need.
The chromium ball is made of the highest quality chromium alloy steel and is quenched for maximum strength and service life. Ideal applications for chrome balls include rolling media, spray tank mixing, ball bearings, wind turbine bearings and linear motion components. The most widely used in various industries.
